Warta blew a chance to move a top of standings.
Warta blew their chance to take top spot in standings on the road against Ethos United.
Despite taking an early lead from the spot as Nico Williams put his side ahead in the 7th minute of play, the home side bounced right back two minutes later with an equalizer.
Their second goal came from a turnover deep in our defensive zone and got punished.
Ethos took a 3:1 lead going into the half as they scored just ten minutes before the break.
In second half, Warta came out strong and just four minutes after restart, Gabriel Almeida cut the lead within a goal.
Home side responded back in the 69th minute as Warta allowed a player get thru two defenders and slotted in past diving Justin Odozor.
Ethos held on to the lead despite Warta’s constant pressure and walked away with three points.
Warta’s defeat places a shadow on their title hope with just few games remaining in the season.
